In winter, I like to make my vegetarian coconut curry. It's spicy and sweet because I add brown sugar to the liquor. Sometimes I have it with rice, and other times I throw in these small balls of pasta that look like israeli cous cous, and they swell up and cook in the sauce like shiny beads.
