I read Housekeeping quite a few years ago--sadly, it was before I started keeping this reading journal, so my recollection of it is a bit fuzzy. I remember liking it, but it definitely didn't blow me away as much as Gilead has so far.

I really should read The Name of the Rose. I'm ashamed to say that I've never read a lick of Eco.
