You call them "green onions" and we call them "shallots"....I use them in Rice dishes [like when I cook Fried Rice}..and especially like to fry minute steak with them...
Pea Tendrils...I've never heard of them...but perhaps we may call them s/thing else here...They'd look like you could eat them in a salad raw....Ever tried to put them in a "stir fry w/strips of steak and a greavy or a black bean sauce... with other green veges {like your Asian Variety]and a boiled Thai rice or Jasmine rice, might be an idea..just saying
