So how did it feel to try out the word queer? I like the word because it's inclusive of all kinds of identities and relationships that are outside of a simple gay/straight binary. But you should definitely use language that you're comfortable with--I certainly won't be bothered if your terms are different from mine.
As for the book, I'd love to hear what you think about it if you do end up reading it!
