Sorry to just 'drop in' as it were - I just clicked through from food_porn, and couldn't resist adding my voice to the choir of praise here - what utterly lovely photographs. (The second positively begs to be the cover of a cookbook - there's a grace and color intuition about it that readily rivals professional food photography. Yay fruit!) It always feels a little strange to so do, but I try to err on the side of caution when it comes to posting to folks I don't know; the much-hyped cyber social networking trend of recent years seems only to have rendered people more wary, not less.
Ah, a nice 'small world' moment!- perhaps we actually crossed paths during the overlap.. I lived nearer to the Haverford campus, so I didn't spend a great deal of time 'down the road', but I did do all my art history there, and some lit work as well. (My radical politics notwithstanding), I do miss the lovely campuses...
